My Bowen Clinic is open for in-person sessions in adhance to our COVID-19 Clinic Protocols in accordance with recommendations and requirements imposed by our associations, colleges and B.C Ministry of Health.

COVID-19 Protocols 

Please be aware of the following changes:

The waiting area has a few chairs spaced 2 meters apart so please follow My Bowen Clinic & Enterprise Centre recommendation for social distance.  If there is limited space please wait outside until Clarissa comes to get you.  The front doors are open during normal business hours of operation.

On Sundays the front doors are locked so call or text the clinic number 778-866-2778 or send an email upon arrival (

Please bring and wear your own mask! Staff will be wearing masks to keep you safe and we are requesting clients to do the same. In case you are not able to bring your own mask, you will be able to purchase a disposable mask for $1.

We will not be handling cash or cheques to minimize physical contact with clients. Payments will be through credit card.  In the event you don’t own a credit card, please contact our centre before starting your treatment session.

An emailed receipt will be sent upon the completion of your payment via the Jane App Software System.

There will be no paper intake forms, instead clients are requested to fill out any intake forms online.

Please wash your hands before entering our suite. There will be hand sanitizers in every room in the office that are available to use before and after your treatment.


We are booking appointments with enough time in between to sanitize and clean the treatment rooms.  UV Light Air Purification system is in use in our office to clean the air for your and our protection. Masks are mandatory and cleaning all used and commonly used surfaces are cleaned between each client.


Please arrive at our clinic at your appointment time. Clients that are very early are requested to wait outside until closer to the appointment time.


Please be aware of the social distancing rules.


Only clients that have an appointment will be able to enter our suite, therefore loved ones who are transporting and supporting clients need to wait outside in their cars or waiting room.

This does not include clients in need of physical assistance, translators from the same household, or under-aged children that need parental support.


We are not allowing walk-ins. Only clients that have an appointment will be able to enter our suite. If you need an appointment the day of please call our office to check on availability and to schedule an appointment.


Our washrooms are shared with other businesses. We ask you to wash your hands and/or use our sanitizer after every washroom break.


You are required to do a pre-screen either over the phone or online before the start of your appointment. If you do not pass the screening questions, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to a later time.

The online screening survey will be sent to your email 24 hours before your appointment and is mandatory.


Please complete a self-screening at home via email sent to you 2 – 24 hours before your appointment via Jane App Email. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, we are requesting you to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a later date.

  • fever
  • shortness of breath
  • sore throat or difficulties with swallowing 
  • chills 
  • cough
  • fatigue
  • headaches
  • muscle aches
